Forged from ultra-high purity materials.
We forge our synthetic sapphire from Alpha HPA's sustainably crafted high-purity alumina or HPA (Al₂O₃) tablets. Our specialised crystallisation units heat the ultra-pure raw alumina tablets to +2000°C, melting the HPA into a single crystal known as a sapphire boule.
This process is highly specialised due to our integrated partnerships with Alpha HPA and Ebner-Fametec.
